I WAS BORN AND RAISED IN THE BRONX, NEW YORK.  COMING FROM A FAMILY OF ARTISTS I HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN ART SINCE EARLY CHILDHOOD.  I CAN'T REMEMBER A TIME WHEN I WAS NOT SKETCHING,
COLORING OR DOODLING ON ANY PIECE OF PAPER THAT CAME MY WAY.
I ATTENDED MUSIC AND ART HIGH SCHOOL IN MANHATTAN, TOOK CLASSES AT THE ART STUDENTS LEAGUE
OF NEW YORK AND TOOK PRIVATE LESSONS WITH EDGAR WHITNEY AND TONY COUCH.

TO BECOME AN ARTIST WAS AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN MY LIFELONG AMBITION.  FOR MORE 10 YEARS I WORKED
IN ADVERTISING ART AND THEN PURSUED OTHERS CAREERS IN WHICH MY ARTISTIC TRAINING SERVED  ME
WELL.  I DECORATED RESTAURANTS AND THEN OWNED SEVERAL MYSELF.  NOW I AM RETIRED AND DEVOTE
MY TIME TO CREATING ORIGINAL WORKS AND FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF MY SKILLS.

OVER THE YEARS I HAVE BELONGED TO LOCAL ART ASSOCIATIONS IN NASSAU AND SUFFOLK NEW YORK AND
HAVE WON QUITE A FEW PRIZES. I AM NOW A MEMBER OF THE SOUTHHAMPTON ART ASSOCIATION AND THE PATCHOGUE
ART COUNCIL.
